I am married to a wonderful man Vasco and have two dogs Tango and Rupert. I love to learn new things, and my friends shake their heads at my new quest. I am a Certified Holistic Life, Career and Executive Coach. I am currently towards my Associate Coaching Certification with the International Coaches Federation and a Masters in Organization and Business Psychology.
I firmly believe in work life balance. I ballroom dance, travel the world, cook for my friends and recently received my Sommelier Certification (yes a wine lover). Currently, I volunteer my time to support the Alzheimer Society's Dancing with the Stars.
From an early age, my parents instilled the importance of hard work, curiosity, creativity and leadership. I started working in our family nursery business from the time I could walk. I develop an appreciation for quality, as my father insisted it was more important for people to have beautiful flowers on their table that were affordable, tossing aside anything that did not make the cut. My mother taught me the love of leadership, curiosity of the world and value of the contribution to society. I am grateful for the opportunities I have received to visit countries like India, the Baltic and Europe. I developed leadership skills in Girl Guides and high school band. I learned to provide service to the community by volunteering. My favourite experience was Therapeutic Riding – teaching horseback riding to children with disabilities.
In my late teens and early 20,’s I studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo. I carried out my leadership drive as part of Ontario and Canadian engineering societies executives. I travel across Canada to attend leadership conference to develop my love of speaking and creating workshops to help engineering students develop leadership skills.

I love the opportunity to coach, mentor and facilitate people and teams to their success.
